Council of Deliberation, June 2009
The Council of Deliberation Annual Meeting was held on June 19, 2009 at the Valley of Hartford in Newington, Connecticut. Ill. Brother James R. Spencer, Jr., 33° opened and chaired the meeting. Distinguished guests were received, reports were delivered, business transacted. The recipients of the Arthur M. Brown, 33° Meritorious Service Award were named and presented their caps. The next annual meeting will be hosted by the Valley of Norwich in June 2010.
